Intellectual Property Notice
The rights to the artworks remain the sole property of Marc Lehmann, even after purchase. This applies to the purchase of originals, commissioned works, prints, and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of an item, whether original or not, does not grant the customer permission to coin the work, print and distribute it in any form, or reproduce it in any way, whether for profit or otherwise.
Collectors are prohibited from reproducing the artwork in any way without the artist's express written permission. However, posting images of purchased items on social media is always welcome and does not constitute a violation of this clause.
Liability
We are not liable for goods once they have passed into the collector's possession. It is not our responsibility to refund, exchange, replace, or otherwise compensate for products that have been mishandled by the customer. Examples of improper handling include smudged fingerprints on the white border, torn art prints, damaged artwork, etc.
However, under consumer protection laws, you are entitled to compensation if products arrive damaged due to postal delivery or faulty shipping. Rest assured that every print undergoes multiple quality checks before shipping, and only flawless reproductions are packaged for your enjoyment.
We ask our customers to read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. We are not responsible for compensating customers who did not read the information in the product description before purchasing. Please note that all prints are supplied with borders included in the final size specified in the listing.

Cancellation & Return Policy
Refund
If something has gone wrong or your item has not met your expectations, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. Below you will find our return policy for each product. We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products. While we strive to provide color-accurate photographs of the artwork, please note that device calibration varies. If you are concerned about color accuracy, we recommend viewing the item on multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Art Prints (Return Policy Varies): Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely delicate). Our quality control and hygiene standards are very strict, and most prints cannot be resold after being returned. Only prints that are untreated and in their original packaging can be returned. If, for any reason, returned prints are found to be unsuitable upon inspection, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Originals (Non-Refundable): All original purchases are final.
The studio does not cover shipping costs for items returned in good faith. MarcLehmannArt only covers return shipping costs for defective goods or products not covered by the consumer warranty.
Shipping
MarcLehmannArt strives to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
Please note that there may occasionally be delays in shipping orders when artwork is circulating on social media. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience.
If you need to change the delivery address, we must be notified within 24 hours of purchase to guarantee forwarding. Once an order has been shipped from our studio, we can’t change the address.
